Download PortQryV2.exe, a command-line utility that you can use to help troubleshoot TCP/IP connectivity issues. Portqry.exe runs on Windows 2000-based computers.
How you Use PortQry for finding all Open TCP/UDP Ports
Download PortQry Tool from Microsoft Website Link
Install this tool in your system and open C:\ Drive.
Shift+Right Click on PortQryV2 Folder and Click on command windows here.
"portqry -local" types this and enter then u can see opened all tcp udp ports then connect with(use) pd proxy or any other vpn.
